Orchestrating this symphony of empowerment are industry leaders in Marketing, PR, Hospitality and Events management. Their unparalleled expertise propels the Summit’s ambitions to new heights each year. They are futher backed by a distinguished team of local and international advisors, ministers and experts in trauma, finance, media, leadership, faith and business

Keneshia is a leading marketing and public relations expert, who has spent more than 20 years developing and implementing national strategies that promote business, culture, entertainment and brands in Jamaica.

A former public sector employee, she has led the marketing communications portfolio for the Government’s investment and promotions agency, JAMPRO, where she was integral in driving the country branding programme, to globally position Jamaica as a destination for business. In 2018, Keneshia founded One Integrated Group Limited (ONEGROUP), a full-service marketing and PR agency which specializes in marketing, public relations, media production, events management & execution and digital marketing.

Kady-Ann is the visionary behind Kouture Events by Kady. Originally from the vibrant landscapes of Jamaica, West Indies, and raised amidst the lively spirit of Brooklyn, NY, Kady brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering passion for event planning to the table.

With nearly two decades immersed in the dynamic world of the hospitality industry, Kady has navigated roles within esteemed hotel brands, spanning from accounting to sales and marketing. Her extensive portfolio boasts a rich tapestry of events, from luxurious weddings to spirited social gatherings and meticulously executed corporate functions for renowned Fortune 500 companies. Kady’s professional journey has seen her traverse the diverse landscapes of New York, Florida, Michigan, and Texas, enriching her with a profound appreciation for delivering extraordinary client experiences and orchestrating those unforgettable “wow” moments.

Prophet Christopher Beleke Tabu

Prophet Christopher Beleke Tabu is an ordained prophet and a powerful emerging voice in the global Kingdom of God. Originally aspiring to be a professional soccer player, Christopher’s life took a dramatic turn after multiple supernatural encounters with the Lord Jesus Christ, who appeared to him and delivered an urgent end-time message. This calling led him to abandon his soccer career and dedicate himself fully to preaching the gospel.

He began ministering in the streets and subways of Canada, where many experienced the tangible presence of God through his prayers. Christopher has since preached across five continents, seeing numerous miracles, including the healing of diseases like HIV, cancer, and thyroid conditions, as well as the blind receiving sight and the deaf hearing.

Founder of The International Center of Faith (The Faith Center), Christopher is known for his uncompromising message of Jesus Christ and his strong prophetic anointing. He travels globally, passionately preaching the gospel and demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit through signs, wonders, and miracles.

Christopher holds a master’s degree in Christian leadership and an honorary Doctorate in Divinity. He resides in Miami, Florida, where he continues to inspire and lead believers worldwide.

Pastor Dianne Fletcher

Dianne Elizabeth Fletcher, wife, mother, artist and author was called to serve alongside her husband in October 2005. She was ordained Minister of the Gospel and now serves as Senior Pastor at Church on the Rock, Kingston.

An anointed Leader with an unquestionable thirst for the things of God, she has committed herself to the upliftment and restoration of lives through the gospel. Her indelible work in the Women’s Ministry of Church on the Rock, the Andrew Keane Memorial Girls’ Home and the Marriage Ministry are just a few of the areas that have been immensely impacted for the Kingdom of God through her tireless efforts. With the advent of online ministry her impact continues through her Youtube online programme “Real Talk with Dianne” where the life experiences and testimonies of individuals are shared to give hope and encouragement to others.

The call of God on her life has seen her speaking both locally and internationally, by invitation, to other Churches and conferences. As her spiritual growth continues she has been called into the ministry of deliverance where she flows in intercession and discernment. Her passion for art can be seen in her paintings as she is led to create.

Pastor Dianne is devoted to family and is happily married to Apostle Franz Fletcher. Her being able to speak of the miraculous and supernatural healing of her marriage has resulted in her book, “The Victorious and Complete Woman. She is a proud mother who enjoys spending time with her three successful children and their spouses, one spiritually adopted daughter and six beautiful grandchildren.

Dr. Shalette Ashman

Dr. Ashman is the CEO of LearningHub, an accomplished author, certified brain training coach, and expert in eLearning. With extensive experience in virtual academies, curriculum design, and learning management systems, she has been a pioneer in online education since introducing eLearning and online test preparation to the Caribbean in 2005. Her initiatives have helped thousands of students achieve success, earning her four national innovation awards for contributions to education.

Dr. Ashman’s collaborations include partnerships with institutions like Harvard University, USAID, and the Jamaica Constabulary Force, and work with Ministries of Education across the Caribbean. As an educational technologist, she has developed eLearning and test preparation platforms for students in several countries, including Jamaica, Trinidad, and Zambia.

A certified brain training coach, Dr. Ashman has conducted research and training for primary school students to improve cognitive skills. She is also the creator of the popular comic series JamaVerse and has published nine Ministry-approved workbooks.

Dr. Ashman holds a PhD in Computing Technology in Education, along with multiple degrees in business, digital media, and education, reflecting her diverse expertise in both technology and teaching.

Dr. Sara Lawrence

Dr. Sara Lawrence is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a deep commitment to both her medical practice and her ministry in women’s health and wellness. Her passion extends beyond clinical care, with a focus on empowering women to achieve optimal health and fulfilment in every aspect of their lives—mind, body, and soul.

In 2006, Sara gained national and international recognition as Miss Jamaica World, where she went on to win the prestigious Miss World Public Vote and earned the title of Miss World Caribbean Continental Queen of Beauty. She placed fourth in the global Miss World competition, a moment she considers one of her proudest achievements.

Since her pageant career, Sara has actively participated in various outreach initiatives and advertising campaigns, representing both local and global brands. She has worked with national companies such as LIME and iconic international brands including L’Oreal Paris.

A proud mother, professional, and mentor, Sara’s dedication to uplifting and supporting women is evident in her work and daily life. She continues to inspire those around her, encouraging women to realise their full potential in all areas of life.

Mrs Alicia Taylor

Singer, Songwriter, Actress, Author, and internationally trained Vocal Coach, Alicia Taylor, is a graduate of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts in Kingston, Jamaica, and New York Vocal Coaching in the United States.

At the start of her music career, Alicia honed her training and performance skills by serving as a backup singer for several award-winning performers. Over the years, her professional training at university further refined her vocal abilities.

Dubbed the
“Queen of Vocals,” Alicia is known for her ability to evoke a range of emotions in audiences. She uses her voice and skills to their fullest potential and is passionate about helping others tap into their natural talents, guiding them to become the best they can be at singing and performing.

An avid vocal experimenter, Alicia has developed her training manual – Understanding Your Vocal Apparatus: A Practical Guide, based on materials compiled through her years of study and experience as a voice coach. Her book is primarily geared toward professional voice users and those aspiring to become professional singers.

Alicia and her husband, Rev. Michael Malachi Taylor are the cofounders and copastors of a Kingston-based non-denominational church, NextGen Impact Ministries International. A devoted wife, mother, and sincere worshipper, Alicia endeavours to cultivate and carry an atmosphere of access and service wherever she goes.

Ms Latoya Williams

Latoya is a purpose-driven, results focused leader who actively executes on the VM Group mission to transform lives. She joined the VM Group via the VM Building Society in March 2015 in the role of Manager – Adjudication, having previously held the post of Assistant Manager – Credit at First Global Bank. Prior to that, Latoya honed her skills in business development and finance in different roles. 

In June 2018 Latoya was appointed Manager – Lending Solutions at VM and was promoted to the level of Senior Manager in 2019. In 2019 she also assumed stewardship of the Building Society’s Business Banking segment, in August 2022, she was promoted to the role of Assistant Vice President, Lending Solutions and Business Services. 

Latoya is a Justice of the Peace for Kingston and holds a BSc in Banking & Finance from the University of the West Indies and an LLB from the University of London.
